Shipping Info: UK post will be sent 2nd class, unless items total over £20 in which case an appropriately insured service will be used.

Overseas post will be sent by airmail and will also be insured for the correct amount.

Items will be despatched within 5 days (as it's four blokes taping up jiffy bags on a table and sauntering to the Post Office, not some well-oiled packing machine.)

UK 2nd class post normally takes up to 3 days. *

Airmail normally takes 5-7 days. *

* In practice, it's a good idea to wait twice as long before you start worrying. If you're concerned that your parcel hasn't arrived, please get in touch!
Return Policy: If any item is found to be faulty, you may exchange it for another item of the same value or, where this is not possible, a full refund.

Items returned that are not found to be faulty will not be refunded (although they may still be exchanged.)

The Red Pills accept no responsibility for items damaged in the post, but claims on this basis may be made as we keep proof of posting.
